Now that you have looked through each section of the website and completed all of the activities, follow the instructions below to complete the research challenge.

Research one of the following topics:

• Penguins!
• The future of the UK (any aspect e.g. economy, independence of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, England, etc.)
• Feminism (any field, e.g. literature, photography, etc.)
• First World War (any aspect)
• Digital photography: better or just easier?

What you should deliver:

• Research your given topic using at least:
  • 2 books
  • 2 journals
  • 3 web resources (including YouTube)
• Prepare and give a short 2-3 minute presentation, with a minimum of 5 slides, including text and images
• Write 500 words on your topic, ensuring your work is correctly referenced

Success criteria

Presentation

• Your presentation lasts 2-3 minutes
• Your presentation includes a mixture of images and text
• You have clearly researched your topic using at least 2 books, 2 journals and 3 web resources
• You have referenced all resources you have used correctly

Essay

• Your essay is between 450 and 550 words
• You have used 2 books, 2 journals and 3 web resources
• You have referenced all resources you have used correctly
